I am A Certified Newborn Specialist, Parenting Coach & Sleep Trainer, with 25 years of experience. I have been helping sleep deprived parents get their little ones into healthy sleep habits for years. I will design a sleep plan that is tailored to your famiy`s needs. I work with families to create a calm, nurturing enviornment, through steps that promote healthy sleep habits.

I can help you whether you have a newborn or older child. My consultations can be done over the phone, or in-person. The intial prescheduled consultation consist on analysis of your current parenting style, sleep education, and a detailed interview concerning your child`s entire day to help me best understand how best to help you.

I have various methods to help you which I have honed through my many years of working hands on with families. I will create a sleep plan for the family, or caregiver to implement, as we continue to consult by phone. If you feel that you need additional support, I can work with you in-person to help guarantee that you stay on track.
