Child Sleep Consultant – Dana Obleman’s Child Sleep Center

Private Child Sleep Consultations

Although you may have heard of me as the author of the Internet’s best-selling infant and toddler sleep program, I’ve been meeting with parents in one-on-one situations for almost 5 years in my Vancouver, Canada, office.

If you’re live in the Vancouver area (or will be traveling here), I’d be happy to meet with you in person. For those of you who are NOT able to meet in person, I also offer complete consultation packages via telephone and email.

There are two sleep consultation packages for you to choose from:

Package A: Full-Service Sleep Consultation

This is the most comprehensive package available, and it includes:

1. A preliminary evaluation. This is a comprehensive questionnaire about your child’s sleep habits and routines that you’ll fill out prior to our meeting. (Having this information in advance helps us make the most of our time together.) 2. A private, 90 minute consultation where we’ll discuss strategies, troubleshoot possible problems, and learn how to address bedtime, naptime, nightwakings, or any other specific issues you might be dealing with. 3. A detailed, fully customized sleep plan that I will prepare for you after the conclusion of our meeting. 4. Four follow-up telephone calls during the first week following the consultation. These follow-up calls typically last about 15 minutes, and we’ll use this time to deal with any setbacks you might be having or answer any general questions. 5. One week of unlimited e-mail support. After your four follow-up telephone calls have been used, you still have an additional week of unlimited e-mail support. I’ll give you my private e-mail address, so that you can send me any lingering questions you might have.

The cost for the full-service sleep consultation package is $695.

If you would like to book a full-service consultation, please call my office at 604-506-9115 or email dana@sleepsense.net.

Package B: Follow-up Package

If you have already purchased and read “The Sleep Sense Program” but still have some specific questions or challenges you’d like us to resolve together, then I recommend the ‘Follow-up Package.’

This package includes:

1. A private, 60 minute consultation that we’ll use to discuss any particular challenges you might be having with your child. Since you’ve already read “The Sleep Sense Program,” a full hour is usually more than enough time to cover all your questions and concerns. 2. One follow-up email session. At the end of our consultation, I’ll give you my private email address so that you’ll be able to send me an email with additional questions that might come up. I’ll respond to your questions within two business days.

The cost for the Follow-up Package is $249. Please note that in order to qualify for this package, you must already have purchased and read “The Sleep Sense Program.”

If you would like to book a follow-up consultation, please call my office at 604-506-9115 or email dana@sleepsense.net.

Special Packages For Preferred Clients:

If you’ve met with me in the past (either in person or by telephone), you’re eligible to take advantage of the following packages designed especially for you:

Preferred Client Package #1: Refresher Package

This package is especially for parents who have met with me in the past, but are looking for a “refresher.” This is a popular option for past clients who have recently had a new baby — or who are expecting in the near future.

The cost for the Refresher Package is $197. Please note that in order to qualify for this package, we must have worked together in the past.

If you would like to book a follow-up consultation, please call my office at 604-506-9115 or email dana@sleepsense.net.

Preferred Client Package #2: E-mail Support Plan

If you don’t need to speak with me on the phone, but would still like the benefit of highly personalized, one-on-one support, I also offer a comprehensive e-mail support package.

This package includes a full week of e-mail support from me personally. You’ll receive my private e-mail address and be able to send me your questions directly. I’ll reply to your questions personally within one business day.

The duration of this e-mail support package is 7 days, meaning you can e-mail me every day (if you wish) for an entire week. The cost for this package is $129.

If you would like to reserve a spot for the e-mail support plan, please call my office at 604-506-9115 or email dana@sleepsense.net.
