What is Serenite Jr.?

Serenite Jr. is a safe and effective herbal remedy specially formulated by our clinical psychologist to promote junior night time harmony and to assist parents in their task of naturally settling fussy little ones with occasional night time restlessness.

Serenite Jr. contains 100% natural herbal ingredients and can safely be used by all children and babies over the age of 6 months and is gentle and non-addictive. Together with consistent discipline, a regular routine and night time ritual and a loving home environment, Serenite Jr. can quickly help to support healthy sleep patterns and restore peace to your home.

Serenite Jr. is different because it is formulated especially for children and uses herbs in a natural tonic formula which is safe and effective. It is easy to administer in convenient drop form and may be used at night whenever needed. It may also be combined with our Triple Complex Sleep Tonic for every day use to promote ongoing sleep health.

Sleep should come naturally!

“Children have problems too! Parents are understandably concerned and may feel confused about what they can and cannot give their children.
As a psychologist and as a parent, I have seen a need for safe, effective and healthy natural remedies specially formulated for children’s health. Together with Native Remedies, I have spent a lot of time researching and formulating a range of natural remedies especially for young children.

“All remedies are carefully chosen for maximum effect and maximum safety, to promote health naturally. The remedies are non-addictive and presented in child-safe doses. No artificial colors or preservatives are used and manufacturing is in accordance with the highest pharmaceutical standardsâ€.

A regular and peaceful night’s sleep is a useful indicator of all- round physical and emotional health.

The Natural Way!

Some useful tips for peaceful nights from our Clinical Psychologist:

  • Establish a firm routine that happens at the same time every night. This could involve dinner, a bath, putting on comfy cotton night clothes, a bedtime story in bed and then lights out. This will help to provide security and send messages to your child’s brain that bedtime is approaching
  • Avoid stimulating activities before bedtime such as rough and tumble games, exciting or scary TV programs, computer games or strenuous mental activities
  • Stimulants should be avoided at all times, but especially at night; stimulants include anything with caffeine, Â sugar, soda pops, tea (except herbal teas) and candies
  • Use a dim night light for children who are afraid of the dark
  • Seek help from a licensed counselor or child psychologist if night time difficulties are related to behavioral or disciplinary issues
  • Make use of gentle yet effective natural remedies to promote healthy sleep patterns and night time harmony in children
