Getting your child to sleep, some ideas……

I have been thinking about all the different techniques I have used to get my children to sleep. With each child I had to learn something new, so I thought I would post some of the things that worked for us, maybe someone else can use them, too!
First off, be CALM! Especially with a very small baby. If you are tense or nervous your baby can easily pick up on this and become agitated and difficult to get to sleep.
